With do your thing (dyt), we encourage customers and employees. We launched a challenge to find out what dyt means to our colleagues. We received numerous great project ideas and the lucky winners were able to enjoy 1,000 euros for "their thing".
Erik's passion makes everyone mobile
Our Dutch Hessian Erik grew up with a bicycle. Nowadays, it's his number one means of transportation - with his passion for cycling, he not only saves a lot of CO2, but also inspires his family, friends and the entire ING.
Everyone should have a bike
And that's not all: Erik thinks everyone should have a bike! Also refugees and people in need who have not yet had the pleasure of pedaling. We say: Erik is right! And that's why he earned 1,000 euros, which he uses to support the bicycle workshop where he screws and repairs bikes himself and inspires people to do so.
