How we redefined and revolutionized banking experience for large corporate clients of ING with pioneering spirit and can-do approach.
We started as a small, young and dynamic team with 3 Account Managers who performed a pilot project if we as ING can provide premium level of service for top ING clients by giving them Single Entry Point for all their daily activities. This was a real game changer for large corporate clients as they had to contact different branches all around Europe before. Things picked up from there rather quickly. We established PED as an international branch which provides premium service for our top segmented corporate clients. Making us part of the future of Corporate Banking!

Tasks and responsibilities of an Account Manager at ING’s Pan European Service Desk:

  • You will become one of ING’s central point of contacts for large corporate companies.
  • You will be managing our client requests, investigations, and changes in their banking services at ING.
  • You will learn all the ins and outs of how to open accounts, change mandates, investigate large sums of payments, set up cash pool

We understand that experience in corporate banking is very difficult to come by. On the other side, we believe what with right mind set and motivation you can quickly learn and join our team. Due to complexity of work, we have 4 experience levels of account managers (from junior to senior) and our carrier path is transparent and clear.

A person who enjoys collaboration within the team. Without this skill PED would not be in position where it is now. Collaboration keeps us going as corporate banking is very complex world. Perfect combination of your technical skills, thinking outside of the box with customer facing skills. You go above and beyond for our clients and you make them feel that they are receiving premium service. A person who likes to celebrate success, but who will roll up sleeves when things are not working out.

Wage (gross)
From 1 600 EUR/month

*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component. We have various seniority levels open in Pan European Desk, so please apply!

Personality requirements and skills:

• You are fluent in English - verbal and written
• You have at least 2 years of experience in client service function from banking sector
• You have excellent client service skills (Attentiveness and Proactiveness)
• You have large appetite to learn continuously in corporate banking
• You are recognized as person with high level of ownership
• You feel comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
