Job Overview


The Design and administrator role you will responsible for maintenance of the GRC libraries in ARIS. On behalf of the business (CHUB), the administrator is responsible for the adaptation of the GRC solution and usage within ING. From a change management perspective, the administrator is responsible to gather, translate and prioritize new business requirements (into solutions (IT requirements or policy changes) in a way that contributes to the KCT strategy. When new solutions go live from the ARIS support team, the administrator need to give guidance to the local BCO’s. When it comes to training and support (being not incidents and service requests) the administrator is the first contact and linking pin between the business and the (Agile) ARIS Global Support Squad. The administrator is responsible to maintain the GRC taxonomy and convention.. This role supports and facilitates the IBSS in their reporting needs, and maintains the FAQ and WIKI knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities

* Enrich ARIS repository with New (and maintain existing) Risk and Control Frameworks in ARIS, complete all relevant modelling to support KCT in GRC.
• Develop and manage training packs/ content for SPOC’s Testers/ Reviewers from entities/countries and CHUB staff.
• Deliver user training to CHUB teams within the relevant domain (refresher and onboarding) to all the in scope CHUB staff.
• Define user access rights and roles, request business users via SNOW for ARIS team
• Responsible for the communication towards the GRC users regarding new changes, updates and improvements for the GRC solution
• Engage and manage stakeholders expectations
• You should be able to prioritise business requirements and translate them into EPIC proposals (one pagers), features and user stories including their User Acceptance Criteria and setting release goals for the ARIS/GRC
• Be the SPOC on local Level for audit needs from regulators, organise the process around an audit
• Responsible for resolving level 1 incidents, support GRC users and provide guidance where deemed necessary.
Minimum Qualifications


• 5 + years of Experience in ARIS Connect related functional concepts and working with GRC (ARIS ARCM. Experienced professional)
• Knowledge of ING process methodology
• Working knowledge of Global Key Control Testing
• IT, Business Administration bachelor/master degree (or any other related degree) with approximately 5+ years of experience within in similar business environment (banking/IT) and connected to the risk and controls to processes
• Knowledge of ARIS Process Governance
• Knowledge and experience of Agile way of work (Lean, Agile, Kanban and Scrum)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analysis skills
• Entrepreneurial skills: takes ownership, feels responsible for the role area
• Passionate about continuous improvement and the appropriate implementation of best practices
• Result oriented, able to set the right priorities and respect deadlines
• A team player yet able to work autonomously
• Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English
