Job description:

CLT Accounts is responsible for the opening of accounts requested via the online ING channels by both existing customers and prospects, after carrying out the necessary checks. Every aspect of this role relates to the customer experience you provide; ensuring you service our customers by meticulous application of KYC regulations – doing verification.

• Pass the Febelfin certification before the set period as part of your activities as this is a mandatory requirement
• Reports deviations to the appropriate person/body. Understands the mission and vision of the company and has the ability to integrate this in day-to-day activities or as input for projects. Acts in line with ING rules and policies.
• Comply with all ING policies and procedures (especially ING’s Know Your Customer [KYC], fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and risk) to avoid unacceptable operational risk.
• Knowledge of the Belgian national languages (NL/FR/GE) is a plus
