Mission

As a BPM Engineer you will work on multiple and various projects, in relation with internet banking application, the internal processes,  complying with several business needs, on the technical area, the functional area, as well as on the non-functional and methodology area. You will be member of an Agile team dedicated to a specific business value chain: lending individuals or companies, accounts, investments, non-lending products or services for individuals or companies.

You drive to make complex changes happen within Tribe. Your holistic view as well as your knowledge of both Business and IT are crucial in the translation of business requirements in a sequence that delivers customer value as early as possible.

Each Agile team owns a portfolio of processes related to his value chain and has the mission to develop and maintain them according to a prioritized backlog. All products, processes, services, customer interactions, from a simple flow of opening a current account, to a high complex processes like lending products for large companies, are modelled in a BPM platform.

Your day-to-day

  • Understand product vision and if needed challenge the business requirements;
  • Design functional analysis;
  • Develop processes, flows and interfaces for features within the squad;
  • Produce clean, efficient business process rules based on specifications;
  • Coordinates changes within the squad - create changes and act as an owner for changes in SNOW;
  • Work closely with architects and other feature engineers;
  • Create test plan and design test cases;
  • Ensure the quality of the software and consider non-functional requirements (security, performance, availability or scalability) and manage quality assurance procedures in order to ensure submitted development work meets requirements (functional and non-functional);
  • Report, record, fix or escalate if needed and trace all discovered errors/bugs;
  • Provide feedback and propose improvements for user experience designs;
  • Contribute together with the rest of the team to continuous improvements of the development process;
  • Act as 3rd line support: develop fixes for problems and make procedures for DevOps team;
  • Provide necessary documentation for application lifecycle;
  • Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, demo and retrospective, that ensures that work will meet business requirement and team commitment;
  • Deliver training, documentation and technical support about products/solutions developed.

As a BPM Engineer you will also need:

  • Strong understanding of data and business process modelling;
  • Programming languages/scripting languages;
  • Excellent analytical and  problem solving skills;
  • Ability to interpret and write system documentation and technical specifications
  • Advanced English skills (in writing and verbally);
  • Abstract thinking;
  • Attention to details and ability to organize work;
  • Communication skills (in writing and verbally);
  • Customer orientation;
  • Flexibility in proceedings;
  • Nice to have Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in an IT related field.

Additional requirements/ considered a plus:

  • Prior experience as Feature Engineer;
  • Experience with BMP tools and process modelling;
  • Experience with change management and defect tracking tools;
  • UX/UI Experience, web design;
  • High standards of confidentiality; ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and trust;
  • Working experience according to Agile methodology.
