Business Control Officer

We are looking for you, if you:

• are experienced in Compliance Risk Management,
• are passionate about Service Management,
• have knowledge regarding IT Management processes (e.g. change management, incident management).

English level - B2.

You'll get extra points for:

• basic audit skills,
• knowledge in cloud security tools and concepts based on Azure,
• experience in financial institution,
• good communication skills,
• proactivity, independence in action and the ability to generate ideas for process improvement.

Your responsibilities:

• execution of the Vendor Management, Sourcing Management and other Control Programs,
• sssisting control owners in implementing solutions and controls that close and minimize any identified control weaknesses and gaps,
• monitoring changes in security policies and standards, and advising the relevant units on their implementation,
• reporting of risk level and test results.

Information about the squad:

The team's tasks focus on broadly understood compliance with ING's internal regulations as well as data protection and management as part of the first line of defense activities. Responsibilities include preparation, maintenance and execution of the necessary processes and procedures, communication with the second line of defense, preparation of employee awareness training and necessary reports.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Business Control Specialist III”.
