Business Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for you, if you:

  • have experience in building interactive Power BI dashboards and know data visualization best practices,
  • are able to collect and analyze business requirements, and demonstrate delivered solution to the international stakeholders,
  • worked with the data from various data sources SQL Server Database, SharePoint, JSON, Flat files, Excel, APIs etc.,
  • know how to cleanse and prepare the data to build efficient data models,
  • worked with Power BI Service or Power BI Report Server and have experience in dashboard access administration,
  • have familiarity in Data Engineering, Microsoft Fabric,
  • worked in the Agile organization,
  • are willing develop and improve Business Intelligence environment.

You’ll get extra points for:

  • Microsoft certification in one of the following domains: Power BI, MS Fabric, Power Platform, Azure Fundamentals, Azure Data Engineering, Azure Administration,
  • familiarity of Azure (including Azure Automation), Azure DevOps, ServiceNow,
  • some Data Engineering or Data Science background,
  • ability to proactively introduce improvements and innovations,
  • ability to find alternative solutions,
  • attention to details,
  • being an open minded person, eager to learn, face new challenges and develop cooperation with colleagues from other ING Group units.

Your responsibilities:

  • analyzing business requirements,
  • data visualization and data modeling,
  • maintaining existing dashboards and reporting solutions,
  • development of Business Intelligence environment,
  • preparing ad-hoc reports and analysis.

Work in a large international team, in cooperation with many units of the ING Group.
