CTS Learning Professional

As a CTS Learning professional you will be responsible for analysing, determining, developing and delivery of Client Tax Services learnings to support relevant COO staff. You will, together with the business owner and relevant stakeholders, regularly analyse the learning needs and create a learning plan. You are responsible for (driving) the content creation for multiple learning solutions, like instructor-led, Virtual Instructor Led Trainings (VILT), webinars, video, eLearning etc. with a primary focus on online/VILT Operations content creation.
