Customer data is key to the success of ING, and the data management department plays a crucial role in this. They are responsible for maintaining ING’s local and global customer databases ensuring that only real, verifiable data goes into our systems. You’ll be working in a team to support our wholesale banking clients throughout the world.

Customer Data Operations’ capabilities are focused on the configuration and maintenance of various system of records that supports activities related to the trade life cycle and know your customer life cycle. The team acts as stewards and gatekeepers ensuring data quality and data governance are in place and properly executed. Key responsibilities are but not limited to:

Party Data

  • Client Onboarding / Offboarding and maintenance on multiple front office and back office platforms
  • Configuration and maintenance of standard settlement instructions for cash and securities

Product Data

  • Traded instruments setup and maintenance on multiple front office and back office platforms
  • Instrument pricing and sanctions monitoring
  • Exception management and static reconciliation of securities
  • Books setup and maintenance for finance and P&L

Transaction Reference Data

  • Calendar setup and maintenance on multiple front office and back office platforms
  • FX and Index Rate Maintenance
  • NOSTRO and LORO Account configuration and update
  • RMA Key and SWIFT Messaging configuration and reporting
  • Liquidity and Cash Management static data maintenance

Agreements

  • Client agreement setup and maintenance on multiple front office and back office platforms, focused on Global Collateral and Regulatory Operations

Wage (gross): from 1400 EUR/month

*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
