A day in the life of a Business Support Analyst 

-         Offering functional incident management on a front office pricing application, used within the Financial Markets domain worldwide. This implies being part of a stand-by rotation.

-         Supporting end users in using the application; enriching the back-end databases with new products, reports and scheduled tasks.

-         Developing and maintaining tools to automate repetitive tasks and tests, using the correct event alerts.

-         Understanding the infrastructure technologies and their contribution to value creation for the business.

As a Business Support Analyst, you:

-         Have financial knowledge on interest rate and FX derivates valuation and market risk modelling (for ex. Greeks and VaR).

-         Have advanced knowledge on Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL.

-         Take end-to-end ownership: act independent and autonomous in completing tasks.

-         Are a strong team player and empower colleagues to foster collaboration and individual development.

 

As a Business Support Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

As the application is active around the globe, the team is operating from Brussels, Bucharest and Singapore.
