Global HR Provider and Vendor Management Coordinator

ING is looking to recruit a HR Contract Management Coordinator within the HR People Services domain, reporting to the Global Head HR Vendor Performance Management.

·       You have the ability to deal well with ambiguity and new content in broad range of situations

·       You are a strong communicator and are able to present your analyses in a clear manner

·       You easily adapt to a new environment

·       Your organizational sensitivity enables you to judge and weigh the importance of the requirements of stakeholders

English level – C1

You’ll get extra points for:

·       Knowledge about processes in HR domain

·       Previous experience in advising on procurement and business contracts

·       You have a background in contract management & project management preferably in an international context.

Your responsibilities:

·       Manage the HR products & services catalogue

·       Coordinate the management of the stakeholders of contract amendments

·       Align with suppliers on service delivery

·       Update Agreements based on changes in (local) legislation and Local Implementation Agreement/EU Model clauses

·       Align requirements of ING entities worldwide with the requirements of your local stakeholders

·       Coordinate global audit assessments on outsourced services

·       Coordinate and prepare the regular review of existing Global HR Contracts (i.e. organise the updates based on new Policies of ING)

·       Deliver a reliable reporting of the Global HR vendor landscape (compliance and performance)
