If you think you have the following qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree required (master degree will be a plus)
• 2-5 years of preferably banking experience including one of the areas such as IT Security, Information Security, Network Security, IT Audit, IT Risk etc.
• Understanding of general concept of Information Security Governance and related technologies
• Strategic thinking based on general knowledge of known frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST-CSF, CIS, and PCI-DSS etc.
• General knowledge on local regulations which are especially related with information security.
• Preferably one or more advanced security certifications such as; ISO27001-LA, CISSP, CISA, CISM etc.
• Understanding of networking and core networking protocols (e.g TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP etc.)
• Curiosity to always look for innovation opportunities
• Good at communication and coordination with all levels of the organization, team-work, analytical thinking, highly motivated, multi-task and result oriented personality
• High level of integrity, transparency, honesty and professional work ethic
• Good command of written and verbal English and Turkish

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;

• Ensure compliance with ING Security Target Operating Model, related local/international regulations and ING Minimum Standards

• Partner with Information Security Teams regarding implementation of strategy and policies

• Provide specialist actionable and contextual guidance across Information and Cyber risks within both enabling business growth

• Provide high quality advice, expertise and guidance across of the risk types of technology (including cyber and data) risk

• Deliver tailored and specific expertise across information security risk enabling IT to successfully deploy and operate mitigating key technology controls

• Ensure any concerns with key controls and material business projects, relevant to information security risk are understood and escalated as needed

• Ensure security architecture design of the business projects is align with ING’s data and information security standards
