ING International Talent Program– Analytics Track @ING Hubs Philippines

About ING International Talent Program (ITP)

Joining the ING International Talent Programme (ITP) means you have the chance to play a part in leading the change ING wants to make. During the two-years, you will learn more about your chosen discipline and the complex IT environment within ING. The wide selection of trainings also allows you to discover yourself and better prepare your strengths.

At ING Hubs Philippines we are a team of Analytics that automates reports, build and models dashboards to help our business partners moved to a fact-based decision making process. We are building expertise and craftmanship of data analysis across all Analytics Tribes/Business Lines, that harnesses traditional and novel methods and systems to recommend solutions to business problems supported by robust data-driven evidence.

The projects we develop provide both business savings and impacts. We are working in an agile environment, we value proactive individuals with a can-do approach to problems and who put their curiosity to work in broadening their knowledge and skills.

As an analytics trainee, you’ll use your passion for data to build models and write algorithms that make banking processes better and smarter. Your work will have impact on different ING domains globally.

Do you want to unlock the power of data to redefine banking?

Your analysis will support the business with critical insights and translation into action(s), by sharing trends and insights to trigger discussion and decisioning. You will also help promote data fluency, craftmanship and expertise.

If you’re excited by the possibilities of working with extremely large volumes of data – think of our millions of customers worldwide – we’re excited to hear from you.

Your ITP rotations

In your first year and a half of the program you`ll explore different areas within ING. You’ll have the chance to start your journey as a Junior Data Analyst and you will continue to develop in this area. During this year and a half, you will have three rotations.
