The Mission

We are the IT Recruitment team from ING Hubs, and we provide support for every department that is expanding and developing/growing. Our mission is to bring on-site the most suitable candidates and to help Managers with all the recruitment process.

Your day to day

Even if you’ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office’s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are your daily responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview and hiring process (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer);
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to develop hiring strategies;
  • Source externally and network to find technical candidates within the areas of engineering, system administration, quality assurance, and more;
  • Market the company to candidates, exercising a strong sense of what sells in competitive markets and how to package our development teams and roles in a compelling way;
  • Monitor progress against recruiting goals by reporting and ensuring data integrity within Workday.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques;
  • +3 years of technical recruiting experience;
  • Strong understanding of the IT domain;
  • Experience with LinkedIn, to include a pre-established network of contacts, and other social media sourcing;
  • Very good communication abilities and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written);
  • A good judge of characters, able to sense and understand the human behaviour;
  • Experience managing multiple work streams, competing priorities, setting expectations, providing guidance and feedback;
  • Ability to take initiative and think through problems creatively;
  • Ability to manage processes from start to finish with little guidance;
  • Discretion with confidential information.
