Mission

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to play a crucial role in overseeing the management of our IT services, applications, vendors, and budgets. As part of our dynamic team, you will lead the implementation and refinement of IT service management (ITSM) processes, be involved in business strategy, ensure seamless operation and alignment with organizational goals and IT security standards.

Your day-to-day

• Act as a point of contact for ITSM-related queries and issues, serving as a liaison between IT teams and end-users;

• Manage relationships with vendors, acknowledge contracts, and ensure service delivery meets established standards;

• Monitor and control IT budgets, tracking expenditures and optimizing resources for cost-effectiveness;

• Identifying the IT needs of the organization and making sure they are delivered accordingly;

• Administrating the entire lifecycle of the IT services (business request > design > development/testing/implementation > administrating the service > improvements > decommissioning if the case);

• In charge of implementing the IT security requirements and documenting the services according to the business requirements;

• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in IT service management;

What you bring to the team

• University degree (IT, Engineering) or equivalent professional experience;

• At least 3 years work experience in a relevant position (administrating IT services, project management, service management, business relationship management);

• Proven experience in managing IT services, applications, vendors, and budgets;

• Clear, effective communication skills adaptability and proactive attitude;

• Excellent interpersonal skills;

• ITIL certification is a plus;
