  • Handling high volumes of payment transactions for multiple European countries, ensuring that each payment is processed correctly and in compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies
  • Processing confidential data with high responsibility and preciseness
  • Investigating and resolving payment-related issues in a timely and effective manner, while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Identifying and correcting any payment-related issues or errors to ensure accurate and complete payment processing
  • Work closely with our teams to ensure accurate and timely payment processing within agreed Cut of Times
  • Communication with clients from different branches within ING International Network and Head Office
  • Monitor and control processed data to ensure accuracy within systems
  • Encouraging the team to regularly discuss and share ideas on how to improve the delivery of contracted services to clients by brainstorming potential solutions to any problems or challenges that arise
  • Working in an agile manner on a daily basis, collaborating with team members to prioritize and complete tasks effectively
  • Manage workload using internal tools,
  • Become proficient in all aspects of Supplier platform application,
  • Perform other duties as assigned by line manager,
  • Identify and drive efficiency in the qualification process and process improvements on an ongoing basis.

Wage (gross)
1 390 EUR/month

*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.

Personality requirements and skills

  • General understanding of banking products
  • Overview and understanding of payments would be huge advance
  • Upper intermediate working command of written and spoken English
  • PC skills - MS Office
