About the position:

This position encompasses two major areas:  Travel Management, and Procurement support.

About the department:

The US Procurement team supports procurement, vendor risk, and travel management activities for the US and Mexico City offices.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage travel service provider and support employee travel following internal policies.
  • Manage misc. services such as employee credit cards, subscriptions, black car service.
  • Manage contract review and monitoring process for third party vendors, e.g., Statements of Work for temporary consultants.
  • Support maintenance of complete and accurate vendor / contract databases.
  • Support vendor onboardings and vendor due diligence.
  • Participate in vendor and global service meetings.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 3+ years of prior work experience 
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Analytic thinker, highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple / shifting priorities
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle, and/or Vendor Management database systems is a plus
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese speaker is a plus

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000
