We are looking for you, if you:

  • have higher education (preferably economic or technical),
  • have minimum C1 english skills,
  • have 3+ years of experience in change management / transition,
  • have interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, you are able to effectively maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients,
  • know how to steer issue resolution and you propose creative solutions to solve them focusing on making progress within project,
  • have very good knowledge of Office tools: Excel, Power Point.

You'll get extra points for:

  • experience in projects around Financial Risk, Risk Modelling and Data,
  • the ability to think analytically and draw the right conclusions,
  • certificate of project management skills.

Additional skills:

  • knowledge of meetings facilitation techniques,
  • ability to influence, persuade and negotiate,
  • open to changes, committed to work,
  • ability to act independently and have decision-making skills.

Information about the squad

We are a young team that actively participates in building the strategy of our unit. We coordinate international initiatives and actively support our Cluster in maintaining high quality of services. Portfolio of our projects covers mainly services and solutions for Risk Modeling, Financial Risk , Customer Due Diligence (with international project teams and stakeholders).

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Change Expert III”
