Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Public Entities Operations Profesional to join our Public Entities team of Products & Public Entities Tribe (COO Domain)

The responsibility of this team is to offer a secure, fast, and quality service by defining innovative processes within ING to facilitate the bank's regulatory compliance and the best customer experience in its relationship with public entities. This experts team manage the processes associated with public entities collaboration agreements (TGSS payments, Customer Taxes, legal requirements, seizures etc) and regulatory reporting AEAT, handing day to day operations, monitoring quality processes, and ensure the best service for customers in a simple and efficient manner.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Public Entities Operation Professional, you will:

• To ensure the management of the legal notices /requirements that ING receive from public entities (courts /polices etc.) for specific information about our customer activity.

• To ensure the maintenance of the processes’ documentation and area procedures.

• As a Public Administrations technician (PA), you will be responsible for processes control associated with PA collaboration agreements (payments, legal requirements, seizures etc)

• Collaboration / day-to-day teamwork with suppliers and other stakeholders (internal & external).

• Investigate standard incidents using current regulatory and compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and take action to solve immediate compliance issues.

•Service monitoring managed with external suppliers. Measurement of times, quality of delivery, and fluid communication with them as part of the process.

•Management of customer incidents received from different channels: branches, call center, internal departments. Monitoring the service level agreements, on time and in quality.

•Analysis and proposal of improvements in the operational processes of daily tasks. Working with change management teams, IT support if it is necessary.

•Review and control of compliance with the regulations, participating in the definitions and implementation of change requests, needed to cover the new requirements.

  • Experience in Legal /Taxes services
  • Experience in public entities collaborations service from the operational side will be taken in consideration.
