Mission   

As a Business Analyst – Competent level you will take responsibility in making sure data is available, through this platform, for the data owners and data users. This includes having data governance as well as business analytical capabilities in place for the respective users.

Your day-to-day

  • Lead requirements gathering, analysis and verification.
  • Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional and quality requirements.
  • Translate features that span multiple systems into sliced user stories for the relevant backlogs.
  • Ensure business requirements are translated to the backlog by “user stories” (what is needed, for whom and why) and use of scrum teams (how) to realize targets and mission the best way possible.
  • Test data and keep consistency and quality; define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, system & technical requirements, and other nonfunctional requirements.
  • Work closely with other product owners in the data management and business to achieve the best overall results.
  • Create and keep up-to-date documentation related to data flows;
  • Facilitate implementation of new functionalities for PAM platform.

What you bring to the team

  • Excellent problem analyzer and the ability to identify the optimal solution.
  • Good understanding of general banking environment and Banking products, services, and operational flows; you understand what Parties and Arrangements Data is in a banking environment at least from a generic point of view.
  • Knowledge of ING applications (Platforms, Profile, One PAM) and technologies (SQL, API Management) related to party management
  • Comfortable working in in an international context, within virtual teams and can interact easily with international stakeholders.
  • Able to work under pressure, capable to meet certain deadlines
  • Skilled in communicating complex ideas and solutions and you are open to ideas from others.
  • Ability to encourage the team, to stimulate teamwork, and to take responsibility. Ability to guide novices and to demonstrate a clear view of actions related to goals. Ability to suggest and entertain topics to community.
