As an IT Chapter Leader in the Cyber Fraud domain, you will lead a dynamic team focused on the prevention and mitigation of cyber fraud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions and maintain a secure IT environment. Roles and responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic team in the Cyber Fraud domain, focusing on the prevention and mitigation of cyber fraud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions and maintain a secure IT environment.
  • Develop and execute a vision in collaboration with the IT Area Lead and other Chapter Leads, inspiring engineers to grow and drive technological innovation.
  • Enable your engineers to grow their mastery and develop themselves through continuous on-the-job coaching, 1:1 conversations, creating development plans, and monitoring progress together.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust IT architectures with a primary emphasis on reliability and security.
  • Utilize expertise in Kafka, Rest API, and Elasticsearch to enhance the team's capabilities in data streaming, API integrations, and efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity best practices to continually enhance the team's capabilities.
  • Implement and monitor security policies to comply with IT security standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the Cyber Fraud and/or IT domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kafka, Rest API, Elasticsearch, REDIS, and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong background in IT architectures, with a focus on reliability, IT security, and Security Testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities and mitigation procedures.
  • Relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Andrew Ng's Machine Learning Specialization is a plus.
