Empowering people to stay ahead in life and in business. We want to make the difference for people and the planet by providing a superior customer experience and putting sustainability at the heart of what we do.

To make this happen, we need solid data governance. Data about customers, products, agreements, transactions, and operations. In ING’s Global CDO (Chief Data Officer) organization, data is our heart. We ensure the bank can use data for decisions, reporting, analytics, modelling and much more because the data is of good quality, is managed well throughout the bank and that uniform policies and processes around our data apply.
