In addition, you will be on point for delivery of new features and maintenance of your products to create a differentiating consumer experience.

Within the Tribe we aim for empowered product teams, the product manager is accountable for ensuring solutions that are viable, feasible and desirable.

How to succeed:

  • Proven track record in delivery of IT products as a product manager or project/program manager.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Public Cloud; preferably Azure and GCP.

  • A solid understanding of the banking context and being able to translate that into policies and principles is crucial.

  • Having a strategic mindset with an eye on the long-term perspective to ensure the product anticipates future consumers’ needs.

  • Proven ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels, from engineer to c-level, in a constructive and collaborative manner.

  • Have a broad perspective on products: from feature delivery to non-functional risk management.
