Your journey

Let’s start at the very beginning.
What can you expect and when can you expect it? How does the selection process go?

Eighteen months to discover all the ins and outs of the banking world. To get to know branches and colleagues, in Turkey and abroad. To further develop your talents, together with your personal Talent Manager. And to discover where your future at ING will lie.

The below timeline shows an overview of the ITP program under normal circumstances. Please be aware that parts of the program could be subject to change as a result of the corona virus pandemic. International assignments or events might be delayed or carried out in a virtual format due to travel and health care restrictions.

Selection

Your journey will start online, with your CV and cover letter. If you are able to convince us that you are the person we are seeking, we will give you some online tests. If you pass them, you will be invited to an interview with HR. The last step will involve you bringing your case before a panel of senior ING managers.

Contract

Everyone was so enthusiastic. Wonderful! We are offering you a permanent contract. After the necessary signatures have been placed, you can get started in October 2021.

Welcome

We are ready for your local onboarding. During this process you will determine which course you will take and your growth plan together with the Talent Manager. In addition to this, you will select your ITP mentor from a network of senior ING managers.
