Corporate Readiness Certificate (CRC) Programme
CRC is our flag educational program, carried out since 2013. It is an offer for active students and young graduates (up to one year after graduation) all over Poland, who are open to gaining new knowledge and practical skills. CRC classes provide unique opportunities to enter the professional world and are conducted by experts from ING Hubs Poland, Accenture, EY and Kyndryl.
Our experts share their knowledge and enable students to broaden their horizons, discover new technologies as well as to develop soft skills and business knowledge. The trainings are in online formula.
Each year, program enrollment results exceed our expectations. In 2022, a total of as many as 1595 people (!) signed up for the program, and each person could choose from 10 streams:
- Cybersecurity – defense in modern organizations
- Design Journey
- Communication and Multiculturalism in Business
- MsSQL
- Oracle SQL_PLSQL – introduction
- Oracle to the infinity and beyond
- Project Management in shared service
- Change - the major post-2020 trend
- Managing risk models in the era of big data
- Management in SCRUM teams
440 participants qualified for classes and are spreading their wings with our trainers.
Would you like to join the CRC Programme?
CRC enrollment usually begins in late January or early February. This is also the time when entrance exams are held. However, classes are carried out in the summer semester of the academic year.
The Programme ends with a certificate that confirms the acquired skills and opens doors to a career. And that's not all... 😉
For the best participants, there is a possibility to get an internship in one of the CRC partners!
