ING Hubs Poland
At ING Hubs Poland we programme ourselves for development and we have heads full of data! For 19 years we have been providing comprehensive IT services for ING all over the world. Over the years, we have built an established position based on trust - both within the group and on the market. But we would not be ourselves if we did not set ourselves further challenges and peaks to reach! After all, we inspire people to be one step ahead - both in life and in business. That's why, since 2018, we have been constantly expanding our portfolio of operational services, paving the way of development and leading ING through the digital transformation.
Our offices are located in Katowice and Warsaw. Our IT areas include IT security, remote, application and hosting services. Our operational services are provided by units such as RiskHub, Know Your Customer, Centralised People Services Hub and ComplianceHub.
But ING Hubs Poland is not all about services. We put our people first as we build a unique atmosphere based on relationships, exchange of knowledge, experience and continuous support. We already have on our board over 2500 employees who trusted us and are spreading their wings with us. Thank you for being with us!

Diversity and Inclusion
Respect for diversity is crucial in our everyday work.
Therefore, regardless of age, religion, degree of disability, sexual orientation or other potentially non-inclusive factors, in our company we create an atmosphere and culture that is focused on respect for others. We continuously spreead awareness among our employees and increase their knowledge in the area of diversity and inclusive culture, for example through webinars, trainings or days during which we celebrate diversity.
Company without barriers
We believe that both architectural barriers and those in people's minds should be broken down every day.
The "Company without barriers" initiative helps us to create a company which is open to everyone. Its purpose is to prepare our organization for employing people with disabilities.
As a signatories of the Diversity Charter and the ABSL Diversity and Inclusion declaration, we commit, among others, to:
- creating atmosphere and organizational culture that ensure respect for diversity,
- educating employees and potential candidates on counteracting discrimination and mobbing,
- developing, promoting and following the policy of equal treatment,
- annual reporting on actions taken in this regard.
