International Talent Programme (ITP)
The International Talent Programme offers two years of diversified trainings work in the areas of Risk and Analytics, which will allow you to take care of your personal development and choose a career path based on your own experience!
The ITP is for you if
- you are a graduate student and you were involved in student or community organizations,
- your work experience after defending your master's degree does not exceed two years,
- you are fluent in Polish and English,
- you take initiative and act effectively,
- you are always one step ahead,
- you help others in achieving success.
Rotations and trainings
After choosing the Risk or Analytics path, you'll face 18 months of working in different projects and teams to see what you really like and where you want to grow next. By taking part in training courses funded by us, you will gain internationally recognized certifications such as Scrum Foundation/ PSM, Investment Foundation or CAMS that will help you in your future career! By participating in the Programme, you will also develop your soft skills and build a network that will provide you with many opportunities. During the Programme you will also receive support from our coaches, managers and from external trainers.
Decide where you want to spread your wings
18 months of experience behind you. Now you have a choice: in which project and team do you want to spend the last 6 months of the Program? You choose, and your manager will help you make this decision.

Complete the tests
We will ask you to complete a few tests - this will allow us to get to know you better and verify that we fit together!
