Financial Specialist (Change Expert)

We are looking for you, if you:
- have higher education (preferably economic or technical),
- have minimum C1 english skills,
- have 1+ years of experience in similar position,
- have interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, you are able to effectively maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients,
- know how to steer issue resolution and you propose creative solutions to solve them focusing on making progress within project,
- have very good knowledge of Office tools: Excel, Power Point,
- have a financial background in controlling or accounting area.
You'll get extra points for:
- the ability to think analytically and draw the right conclusions,
- Financial education,
- knowledge of meetings facilitation techniques,
- ability to influence, persuade and negotiate,
- open to changes, committed to work,
- ability to act independently and have decision-making skills.
Your responsibilities:
- collecting analysing and reporting financial data,
- FTE reporting,
- charging and accruals,
- budget control,
- support in Dynamic Planning,
- analysis and support for Business in the context of profitability report.

Our Center of Expertise team aim is to be the catalysts with the will and the power to drive meaningful changes and maintain valuable services. We are working in 3 teams: Project Management, Service and Finance Management and Finance Management. Our teams are united in supporting business work.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Change Expert II”.
