We are looking for you if you:

  • Have highly developed organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects,
  • Have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely,
  • Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with the ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations efficiently and effectively,
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to details, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all documents, presentations, and agendas you create,
  • Have a proactive and collaborative approach to work, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team,
  • Are adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, while remaining calm under pressure,
  • Have bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent in business, economics, or related fields.

You'll get extra points for:

  • Experience working in a financial institution, with a strong understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices,
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in coordinating and managing projects from initiation to completion,
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making and strategic planning initiatives,
  • Ideally but not required, you would have some level of data literacy, be familiar with terms like ‘golden data’, ‘data source’, ‘data owner’, ‘source of records’, ‘data processer’, ‘data consumer’, ‘data quality/integrity’ processes between these in large and complex organisation and how they relate to each other.
  • It would also be great if there is some level of familiarity with Continuous Controls monitoring across complex data landscape, with aim to have checks on data sets as Automated & Detective Monitoring.    

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing the organization of business meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and minute-taking to ensure effective communication and follow-up on action items,
  • Providing support to the Optimisation & DCM teams at the global level in building strategies, refining business processes, and fostering communication between teams,
  • Coordinating initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness within the Optimisation & DCM teams,
  • Organizing conferences, events, and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members,
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new team members, including coordinating orientation sessions and providing logistical support,
  • Support change initiatives and transformation within TM Optimisation.
  • Responsible for preparing, coordinating efforts, collating information, and providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Supply relevant and accurate information to facilitate effective decision-making, while maintaining project documentation and organizational knowledge.
  • Lead various initiatives, ranging from strategy and vision to governance and people management to drive progress across workstreams

Information about the squad:

TM Optimisation focuses on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the automated monitoring solution by reducing noise while maintaining effectiveness and identifying financial crime risk. Working in our team, you will manage international projects, facilitate business meetings in international groups and develop the services provided within the organization.

TM Data Controls Management (DCM) team’s focus is to ensure a robust Automated & Detective Monitoring on TM data sets, that exist across full end-to-end data landscape. Some of the main DCM team’s activities are listed here:

  • Conceptualization and Data Strategy for Post Go-Live data controls
  • Overall Advisory and Guidance role on Continuous Control Monitoring
  • Post Go-Live Data Controls Strategy and Business & Functional Requirements
