Are you a product manager with strong affinity with customer processes? Customer Data is part of the Tribe Digital Business Banking domain at ING, providing the capabilities to retrieve, store and validate the data of retail and business customers. Customer Data is a dynamic environment at the core of the bank’s operations as customer data is processed in a vast variety of processes, such as: onboarding a new customer, updating an address, or managing roles and mandates. In each of those instances it’s imperative to offer robust processes with a superior experience for our customers and colleagues. Do you have affinity with monitoring, maintaining and improving customer journeys? Does your curiosity spark towards the underlying technical processes? Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset who is able to take it on and make it happen independently? Then we are looking for you!
We are looking for a product manager who can work together with your team, but also with a high degree of autonomy on the following topics:
You direct the further development of processes related to our customers, such as storing and disposing of customer data, de-duplication of customer data or setting a customer status You encourage other squads and process owners to increase the quality of customer data in their deliveries, so that your processes can function better
You will be part of the value space ‘Data Quality, Governance and Access’, a group of 3 teams (squads) which are responsible for data & services used by the entire bank.
