A day in the life of a Change Execution Professional

●      Lead cross-team and often cross-organisation high-impact projects and programs

●      Setup those projects/programs and ensure on-time delivery

●      (help) Translate insights into a vision and implementation plan

●      Manage and resolve risks linked to the program

●      Communicate across the organisation, and manage demanding stakeholders at all levels.

●      Take initiative and think out of the box to ensure realization of objectives

●      Strong project/program management and planning skills

The team

The Change Execution Professional team is part of Transformation office and together with the Process experts (blackbelts) we are the go-to team for complex change projects at ING.  Our strong record of delivering projects means we are constantly in demand.  Within the team we have an informal approach which fosters a collaboration between all colleagues who are all willing to support you to achieve the desired outcome.
